Holistic Home brings together home organization and self-reflection, creating spaces that are in sync with where you are in your life. With a background in therapy and art direction, founder Becca Tredly brings an open, thoughtful approach, tailoring sessions to the individual and how they want to feel in their space.

Based in Northern Westchester, Holistic Home works with clients throughout Westchester, New York and Fairfield County, Connecticut.

When you’ve grown, but your home hasn’t caught up yet.

Sometimes life shifts quickly, leaving your external space feeling mismatched to your internal space. This often shows up during moments of transition:

• Navigating postpartum or a shift in identity

• Going through a divorce or relationship change

• Experiencing loss or inheriting belongings

• Adjusting as kids grow up or leave home

• Moving through a body or style shift

• Living with ADHD and needing systems

A simple, supportive process

Intake and walk-through

We start with a short intake and an in-home walkthrough, getting clear on your space, your needs, and how you want to feel in your home.

In-home session

We sort, edit, and organize together, making decisions thoughtfully, creating systems that feel natural, and allowing space for both clarity and letting go.

Follow-up support

After your session, we check in to make sure everything feels right and support any additional spaces or next steps.

WHAT HOLISTIC HOME SESSIONS ARE LIKE

Meet Becca Tredly

I’m Becca, the founder of Holistic Home.

With a Master of Social Work from NYU and a background in art and design, my approach is rooted in understanding people: how we change and what we hold onto, both physically and emotionally.

My experience in private practice, adoption and foster care, as well as therapeutic horseback riding programs for children with special needs, has shown me just how much our environments shape our well-being.

Today, I help clients in Westchester, NY and Fairfield County, CT navigate life transitions and create spaces that bring ease and comfort.

When I’m not with my clients, you can find me cooking, hiking with my husband and our dog, Stevie, or gathering inspiration through our travels.

I can’t wait to get to know you and your home.

Your task is simply to become yourself.
